COOKING CLASSES FOR KIDS:

Session 1 – Begins January 12: Warm Winter Meals
Young chefs will be able to cozy up any kitchen this
season, learning to make warm winter dishes. Beef
stew, chili, homemade macaroni and cheese and
more are on the menu in this winter cooking series.

Session 2: Baking from Scratch
Get ready to welcome spring as we learn to bake
from scratch! You’ll learn how easy it is to make
delicious baked goods from some of the most basic
ingredients. Muffins, scones, cakes and more will be
covered in this yummy class!

Session 3: Cooking with the Spring Harvest
Come explore the bounty that spring has to offer in
this fresh class for young chefs! Fresh spring salads,
spring vegetable pesto and more will be explored in
this fun class.

Creative Expression–Preschool
Jocelyn L.,Emily L., Renee M. & Renee C
Fridays 10:00-10:45, ages 3-6 with adult
Preschool age children and their parents will
explore food, clay, music and dance, with two
weeks devoted to each subject. Classes will include
stories, songs, games and movement!

FOR ADULTS:

Whole Foods 101* with Dawn Sulmasy - Participants will learn to cook vibrant greens, tempting whole grains, hearty root vegetables and beans with special emphasis on seasonal and local ingredients. Cost: 45/person *NEW DATE COMING SOON!
