Dynamic Sitting and Walking Exercises
Core Movement Integration-Feldenkrais awareness through movement with Josef DellaGrotte, lic therapist & movement trainer.
Sitting can and will ruin your body. Reverse degeneration and improve through core lesson-exercises using our new neurosomatic ‘technology’ . Restore spine functioning. improve posture. Walk without pain or problems. Reduce wear on joints, prevent arthritis, live long and well. Outdoor practice, daylight permitting.
Thursday evenings 7:30-8:45pm starting May 19. Then class will meet every other week.

Tai Chi Classes:
Beginning Saturday, June 25th, 8:30am-9:30am
Tai Chi is a gentle exercise of slow movements designed for relaxation, balance, and health. It has been described as a moving form of yoga combined with meditation. Jaime is offering to teach a tai chi 24 form sequence. The beauty of tai chi is that you do not need all 24 forms to practice, so all are welcome to drop in any time for any class and pick up any form. COST for Beginner class: $12/class for drop-insor $80 for all 8 weeks Experienced students: $50 for all 8 weeks*Over 55 & under 18 receive 1/2 price!
Dance Program:

This will be a FUN and ENERGETIC dance/ fitness class consisting of a mix of ballet and jazz dance styles that also incorporates stretching and toning exercises for a great way to get in shape moving and grooving to music. This is a one-hour class for adults with no previous dance experience who just want to get fit and have fun dancing. Dance attire is anything you are comfortable in and can move in freely that is slightly fitted. You may dance bare foot or wear jazz shoes.
